Individual 10 × 10 ft tents in the market area. Twenty positions are placed in the current plan, with up to five additional positions subject to layout approval.

Twenty total table-only positions under the shared L-shaped tent. Every premium position requires the $1,000 VIP Tent Sponsorship.

What Vendors Need to Know.

What should vendors bring?

Free-market vendors provide their own 10 × 10 ft tent, table, chairs, advertising materials, sample cups and products. A 10 × 10 ft tent rental is currently listed at $150; request availability and terms in your application. Premium VIP positions are table-only under the shared pavilion, with equipment and banner details confirmed during acceptance. Food trucks should provide their full operating footprint and service needs.

How do vendor sales and alcohol licensing work?

Tell the organizer whether you plan to sell at your tent or space, or exhibit and offer samples only. The organizer’s published vendor guidelines make vendors selling alcoholic beverages on site responsible for obtaining the appropriate catering or festival license through the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. Confirm your selling plan and required permissions before the event.

Tell us about the products you plan to sell or sample, who will handle sales, and the equipment you will bring. Premium sponsorship purchase and vendor operating approval are separate steps.
